Side-Eye & Grace is an Ottawa-based chamber-jazz outfit. They play original, improvised music of the postmodern variety - their sound is a mosaic of influences from Claude Debussy and the impressionists through to Miles Davis, Philip Glass, and east-coast Canadian fiddle music. They debuted their first album, Liminal Spaces, in 2020, and released their sophomore album, Illuminate, in August 2022. Their lineup includes Garrett Warner and Kyle Jordan on guitars, Chris Pond on bass, and Erik Johnson-Scherger on violin.
